It seems almost cliche to include honesty in a values list, but our commitment to honesty is crucial to how we do business. Under "Education” we already admitted that we do not know everything. Honesty dictates to us that we admit that when applicable. We are not going to try to make it look like we know if we do not. We are not going make answers up to questions we don’t know the answers to. Additionally, our service reports help to keep us honest. We commit to our clients that the work done was the work written in the report and vice versa. We will not engage in a smoke and mirrors game of making it look like you are getting more than you actually are.
